Welcome to Vietnam. Your guide meets you at Tan Son Nhat Airport and takes you to your city hotel. Settle in and enjoy free time at a pace that suits your arrival. After a long flight, keep the first afternoon relaxed.
In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant and your first taste of southern Vietnamese flavours. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
After breakfast, travel with your guide to Cu Chi for a visit to the underground tunnel network, surface exhibits and wartime kitchens. Tunnel entry is optional; your guide helps you choose a comfortable way to experience the site. Return to the city for lunch at your own expense and time to rest.
Around early evening, meet your drivers for a shared scooter food tour. Ride as a passenger through lively streets and local neighbourhoods, stop for seafood and Vietnamese favourites such as banh xeo, then enjoy coffee and music. The sample evening runs roughly 6–10 pm; the actual stops and timing are confirmed for your date.

Leave the city after breakfast for the Cai Be area. Board your boat and explore river life before visiting Tan Phong Island. Cycle or walk along village paths, discover local homes and orchards, and see traditional crafts such as rice paper or water-hyacinth weaving.
Take a rowing boat through smaller canals and enjoy a local lunch. Continue by boat towards An Binh Island and your homestay. Refresh, meet your hosts and join the preparation of a home-cooked dinner. Enjoy a warm, personal introduction to daily life in the Delta.
Overnight at the Mekong homestay. River trade varies; this day focuses on waterways, villages and crafts rather than promising a crowded floating market. Traditional music is arranged according to the confirmed group programme.
Wake to the quieter rhythm of island life. After breakfast and checkout, enjoy a village stroll, local workshops and a boat trip through the Vinh Long area. See local produce at the market and learn about riverside trades.
After the morning visit and lunch, travel directly to Tan Son Nhat Airport for the flight to Lien Khuong Airport. The flight is typically about 55–60 minutes; allow the day for the road transfer, airport procedures and flight. We select the departure around the Mekong visit rather than squeezing in another city tour.

Set out after breakfast for your guided canyoning day near Datanla. Meet the activity team, receive equipment and instruction, and practise the techniques before heading into the landscape.
The adventure combines forest walking, dry and waterfall rappelling, water slides and swimming where operating conditions permit. Enjoy a picnic lunch between the activities, then continue the route and return to Da Lat.

Begin with a vehicle transfer to the selected cycling start point outside Da Lat. Ride through highland scenery and pine country, with views of farms and mountains as the route descends towards the coast.
The day combines cycling with vehicle transfers; it is not a promise to pedal the entire city-to-city journey. The sample ride can be around 70 km, with shorter sections and the support vehicle available. Your guide selects the distance and permitted route according to fitness, road and weather conditions.
Enjoy a picnic lunch, then continue by vehicle to Nha Trang. Check in and spend the remaining time relaxing. Overnight in Nha Trang.
After breakfast, travel into the countryside near Khanh Vinh for your guided river rafting adventure. Meet the activity team, receive the briefing and enjoy the river and surrounding mountain scenery.
Paddle towards the lunch stop, with time for a local orchard visit when the programme and season allow. After lunch, continue the selected river section before returning to your Nha Trang hotel in the afternoon.

Da Lat is generally wetter from April to October, while Nha Trang’s rainier period is usually September to December. Dry-weather sightseeing and water activities are different planning questions: the local team confirms river and canyon conditions for the departure. Bring a light layer for cooler highland evenings.
The Mekong–airport–Da Lat day is a travel day, with the flight planned around the morning visit. The Da Lat–Nha Trang journey includes vehicle-supported cycling, then a coastal hotel stay.
